Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We source all our perfumes and colognes directly from authorized distributors and the original fashion houses to ensure every bottle is 100% genuine.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size if you are trying a new scent for the first time.
How long will the scent typically last after application?
Longevity depends on the concentration. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) usually lasts 4-6 hours. Skin chemistry and hydration also play a significant role.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Please note that because perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they require specialized ground or sea freight, which may result in longer delivery times.
What is the difference between Cologne, EDT, and EDP?
The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Cologne has 2-4%, Eau de Toilette has 5-15%, and Eau de Parfum contains 15-20%, making the latter the most intense and long-lasting option.
