Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its authentic packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 days.
